CAPORALE, Justice.

Defendant-appellant, Michael P. Bennett, was convicted, pursuant to a jury verdict, of burglary. In this appeal he urges that the conviction should be set aside as (1) he was denied his right to a speedy trial and (2) the verdict is clearly wrong. The record supports neither contention, and we accordingly affirm.
