This is an appeal from a judgment for respondent Minneapolis public school district on a misrepresentation claim brought by appellant Vettleson. The school district posted a seniority list for guidance counselors which included an unlicensed counselor senior to Vettleson. He claims to have relied on this list, and, convinced that his proposed layoff was proper, he obtained substitute employment at a lower salary. The trial court...
