NESBITT, Judge.
The plaintiff appeals a summary final judgment entered in favor of the defendants on a claim of legal malpractice in drafting a will. We affirm.
The facts relevant to this appeal are undisputed. In March 1981, Johnson, while in the hospital, contacted Weinstein, an attorney, to have a will drawn up. A phone conversation ensued between Johnson, Weinstein and Weinstein's secretary, in which the secretary took notes on Johnson's testamentary wishes...
