This action concerns the forfeiture of $23,530 in cash seized from the claimant, Mack Wilson, during a drug transaction in the men's room of a Holiday Inn. The government contends that Wilson intended to use the money for the purchase of drugs in that transaction, and that therefore the money is subject to forfeiture under 21 U.S.C. § 881(a)(6).
