This is an appeal in a modification of alimony proceeding. The dissolution decree of August 17, 1979, divided the property, directed the parties to sell their residence, and ordered Robert E. Creager, respondent-appellant, to pay as alimony to Venette S. Creager, petitioner-appellee, $500 per month for 36 months, and, thereafter, $300 per month for 60 months.
