The appellant was convicted of two counts of armed robbery for each of which he received a sentence of forty years in the state penitentiary. The sentences are to be served concurrently. He was also convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for which he received a sentence of ten years in the state penitentiary to be served consecutively to the other...
