The appellant was convicted of delivery of a controlled substance, by a jury which assessed his punishment at 20 years confinement and an $8,000 fine. The appellant asserts, in his sole ground of error, that the trial court erred in overruling his plea in bar because jeopardy had attached in a prior plea proceeding.
