On 7 February 1985 an involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed against Clinton W. Murchison Jr. (hereinafter Debtor) by Toronto-Dominion Bank, Citicorp Real Estate, and Kona-Post Corporation. On 27 February 1985 Debtor consented to entry of an order for relief. Shortly thereafter, on 19 August 1985, Tecon Realty Corporation (hereinafter Tecon), a component entity of the extensive Murchison holdings...
