David Hutchinson, claimant, was injured in April 1981. He executed a final settlement in September 1981. In December 1982, he petitioned the Workers' Compensation Court for rescission of the settlement agreement and reinstatement of benefits. The court rescinded the agreement and awarded permanent total disability benefits. Intermountain Insurance Company (Intermountain) appeals. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
