OPINION

LESLIE, Judge.

The defendant appeals from the denial of her motion for a new trial. The trial court found that the verdict was not excessive and was supported by the evidence. We affirm.

FACTS

This action arose out of an automobile accident which occurred on July 11, 1981. On that day respondent James Cafferty had been driving his truck in Big Lake, Minnesota and had stopped momentarily in response to slowing traffic ahead of him...
