Hotz appeals from an order obtained after the district attorney filed an order to show cause to modify child support pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 11484 upon Wendy Hotz Estrada's receipt of aid to families with dependent children (AFDC) relief. He challenges that portion of the order requiring the parties to submit to blood testing to determine the probabilities of his being the father...
