On June 2, 1983, the plaintiff, Bertram Mushkin (Mushkin) filed a Complaint requesting an Order be entered against the defendants, Cohn Brothers, Inc. (Cohn) and Northeastern Bank (Bank) adjudging that Cohn and the Bank have no right, interest or title in the proceeds of a $15,000.00 insurance check and that the $15,000.00 in principal, plus interest, be turned over to Mushkin.
