DICKENSON, Justice.

The jury convicted Albert Wayne Ware for the offense of "retaliation"1 and assessed his punishment at confinement for 20 years and a $10,000 fine.2 The district judge cumulated3 this sentence with appellant's second Nolan County conviction4 which had in turn been cumulated with his first Nolan County conviction....
