These consolidated cases arise out of injuries sustained by plaintiff when he dove into the shallow waters of Belle Lake, a private lake located in the Belle Estates Subdivision in Macomb County. Suit was brought by plaintiff against more than 200 defendants, including three neighborhood associations and individual subdivision lot owners. In Docket No. 77063, plaintiff appeals as of right from a grant of summary judgment to individual land owner El Camino...
