For nearly ten years appellant Edwin Stern, then incorporated as E. H. Stern, Inc., operated a successful card and gift shop in a neighborhood shopping center on West Paces Ferry Road in Atlanta. In 1974 he was approached by a leasing agent of Lenox Square, Inc. (Lenox), relative to opening a similar store at the Lenox Square regional mall. Stern agreed to do so, phased out the operation at his original location, and opened for business at Lenox...
