The plaintiffs, Michael W. and Betty Jane Butler, appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court, Androscoggin County, entered on a directed verdict for the defendants, Jean L. and Anita F. Poulin, Louis Guilmette doing business as Guilmette Realty, and Richard Potvin, III. On appeal the plaintiffs claim the court abused its discretion by the sanctions imposed for the plaintiffs' discovery violations and erred in granting the defendants' motion...
