The key question on this appeal is whether the making of an insufficient deposit by the condemnor upon the filing of an eminent domain proceeding gives the land-owner a cause of action in tort for the condemnor's alleged bad faith. We hold that it does not.

This case is a sequel to a condemnation action brought in October, 1978, by Arkansas Power & Light Company against the appellants...
