Presently before the Court is defendant's Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss filed with this Court on 19 November 1984. Plaintiff on 29 November 1984 filed a pleading denominated as a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings in Opposition to Defendant's Motion to Dismiss.
