ALBERT E. RADCLIFFE, Bankruptcy Judge.

This is an adversary proceeding to determine dischargeability under 11 U.S.C. § 523. Plaintiff contends that the debt owed to plaintiff arises from fraud or defalcation while acting in a fiduciary capacity, embezzlement, larceny or from willful and malicious injury by the debtors to the plaintiff's property, thus, the debt is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) & (6)....
