(Foresight), and CKN Airways (corporations owned and controlled by Ostgard), appeal from a judgment assessing them with $45,650.00 in damages for the wrongful detention of a 1961 twin engine Beech Baron aircraft for a period of some twenty-eight months. The jury expressly found that the plane was worth $28,110.00 in April of 1979 — the date the wrongful detention began. The plane was returned to appellees...
