Appellant, Mark Andrew Anzivino, a juvenile, along with co-defendant Richard Shoff, was charged with first degree murder, aggravated robbery, second degree burglary, and kidnapping. He was ordered to be tried as an adult. He entered into a plea agreement and pled no contest to the crimes charged, except that he pled to second degree murder rather than first degree murder.
