PER CURIAM.

Appellants appeal from the circuit court's orders denying their motions for summary judgments pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(1), and enjoining alledgedly indecent and obscene conduct during nude and semi-nude dance performances at appellants' theaters. We reverse.
