HUNTLEY, Justice.

By this appeal we are asked to determine whether there exists under the United States or the Idaho Constitution a newsperson's qualified privilege to refuse to disclose confidential sources. We hold there is such a qualified privilege under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and Art. I, § 9 of the Idaho Constitution. We reverse and remand to the trial court for further proceedings...
