This is an appeal by the City of Shawnee, Kansas, from the final judgment entered after a jury trial in an eminent domain proceeding. The City is the condemnor and appellant. Dorothy Webb and Webb Enterprises, Inc., are the landowners and appellees. The City claims that the trial court erred in refusing to dismiss the landowners' appeal on jurisdictional grounds...
