This personal injury action arises from an injury incurred by Plaintiff Harold Wilkins, a Tennessee Valley Authority (hereinafter TVA) employee, on March 20, 1979, while a passenger in a TVA vehicle. The accident occurred while the vehicle was being driven on an electric power transmission line access road near Burnsville, Mississippi, by Defendant Gale Swift, plaintiff's immediate supervisor.
