PIVARNIK, Justice.
Defendant-Appellant Mark Anthony Early was convicted of Robbery, a class A felony, on July 30, 1982, at the conclusion of a bench trial before the Marion County Superior Court. The Honorable Charles Daugherty sentenced Appellant to thirty (30) years imprisonment.
