Plaintiff appeals as of right from the circuit court's order granting the defendants' motion for summary judgment and dismissing plaintiff's action for wrongful death, MCL 600.2922; MSA 27A.2922. The issue on appeal is whether a manufacturer or seller of a seatbelt assembly has a duty to warn users regarding the dangers, if any, of reinstalling the seatbelts in other vehicles.
