On September 6, 1984, pursuant to an order for pretrial probation issued by the Town Justice of the East Greenbush Justice Court in an open unrelated criminal matter, the defendant resided at "Paul House", a nonsecure residential treatment program for drug and alcohol abuse. On this charge the defendant was represented by the Rensselaer County Public Defender's office. At this time the defendant was also on probation in Rensselaer County...
