We are concerned here with a partition of community property of Reginald C. Wagner, Jr., and his former wife, Patricia Phillips.

Mr. and Mrs. Wagner were married on November 23, 1962. Three children were born of the marriage, Michelle, Greer, and Cadence. Only one child is still a minor.
