This is an action by former shareholders of a dissolved Kansas corporation to recover actual and punitive damages for breach of contract, unjust enrichment and conversion. This appeal is from a jury verdict against defendants Halstead Nursing Center, Ltd. and James F. Holleman, Jr., in the amount of $30,123.49 together with prejudgment interest in the amount of $9,834.00, and for $10,000 punitive damages...
