BOYD, Justice.

Appellant Amarillo National Bank (Bank) appeals from an order of the trial court denying its motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Delia Dilday, a/k/a D.E. Wren (Wren). In the judgment, Wren was awarded the sum of $30,772.70 in damages for wrongful payment by the Bank of a certificate of deposit. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
