PER CURIAM.

Petitioner, Southfield Western, Inc., appeals as of right from a judgment of the Michigan Tax Tribunal establishing the true cash value of a parcel of property located in Southfield, Michigan, and revising tax assessments on that property for the tax years 1978, 1979 and 1980. We affirm.
