Plaintiff-appellant issued an ocean open cargo policy of insurance to defendants-respondents. Pursuant to this policy, which was in effect from October 15, 1975 to August 1, 1978, premiums were to be determined by the number of shipments placed into transit, and the insured was required to advise plaintiff of all covered shipments.
