Greeley Publishing Co., 661 P.2d 700 (Colo.App.1982), which held that an entity sought to be made a party to a lawsuit by an amended complaint under C.R.C.P. 15(c) must receive notice of the institution of the action prior to the expiration of the statute of limitations before such amendment can relate back to the filing date...
