Plaintiff filed a claim for workers' compensation for injury to his back which he alleged was caused by an accident at his work place on 2 February 1982. Deputy Commissioner Stephens denied plaintiff's claim on the grounds that plaintiff's testimony concerning a fall was not credible and that the injury occurred while plaintiff was performing "routine duties in his customary fashion."
