Jo Ann Glover, one of the appellees, was employed by Curtis Sharp Custom Homes, Inc., and Curtis Sharp, appellants ("Sharp"), as a secretary and bookkeeper, beginning in January, 1980. It is alleged that she embezzled over $70,000.00 from Sharp during the course of her employment.
