This is an appeal from a lawsuit that sought to correct an error in a recorded deed and to quiet title to land.

This case was brought by John C. Henderson (John C.), appellee herein, against his brother, Robert G. Henderson. John C. sought, by declaratory judgment, to have the trial court correct an alleged error in a deed to land.
