This is an appeal from a granting of a summary judgment. On February 13, 1982, plaintiff Julie Cole suffered severe injuries in a two-vehicle automobile collision. She was a passenger in a car owned and operated by Eva Barringer and insured by Mid-Century Insurance Company (Farmers) with liability coverage in the amount of $15,000.
