The defendant Huff appeals from a judgment in a libel action holding himself and three other union members jointly and severally liable for $15,000.1 The main issue raised by the appeal is Huff's claim of error in the judge's instructions to the jury on the plaintiff's status as a public figure. Because the judge did not instruct the jurors that, as a matter of law, the plaintiff was a limited public figure, we reverse and remand...
