When John Haring died on April 25, 1982, he was the named insured under an "Allstate Automobile Policy" issued by appellee, Allstate Insurance Company. He was also the owner of a pickup truck listed as an "insured automobile" in that policy. On June 28, 1982, his sister, Nancy Haring, was named personal representative of his estate.
