Goar appeals from those provisions of an amended judgment and decree of marriage dissolution which order immediate sale of the parties' homestead, deviate downward from the Guidelines in setting respondent mother Beverly A. Goar's child support, make no provision for child support cost-of-living adjustments, do not include a child support wage withholding clause...
