Bernui appeals an order of the Circuit Court for Prince George's County which permanently enjoined her from proceeding with the construction of a home because its plans and specifications did not meet the requirements of the general plan of development for the community. The subject of the dispute is a portion of a lot, conveyed without restrictions, located in the restricted residential development referred to generally as the "Tantallon"...
