The appellant, John W. Seaman, Jr., appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of the appellee, Clearwater Oaks Bank, a Florida banking corporation. We reverse.

On January 21, 1980, the appellant acquired 2600 shares of stock in Gradall Services, Inc., a Florida corporation, and Kenneth W. Hart obtained the corporation's remaining authorized 2400 shares. Two days later, Hart obtained a loan in the amount of $23,800 from the appellee...
