464 So.2d 250 (1985)

Krimhild HACKMANN, Appellant, v. Barbara T. HYLAND, Diane R. Beskind, James Warren Thomas, Jr., and the Estate of James Warren Thomas, Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

March 5, 1985.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Burton Ginsberg, North Miami Beach, for appellant.

Bauman, Wurtenberger, Schottenfeld & Baker and Robert M. Baker, Plantation, for appellees.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and BASKIN and JORGENSON, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the amended final judgment which refused to grant reformation of deed upon a holding that the unrebutted and uncontroverted evidence establishes appellant Hackmann's entitlement to the property in question. See Moring v. Levy, 452 So.2d 1069 (Fla. 3d DCA 1984).
