ALLEN, Justice.

Albert Wallace Walters appeals his conviction for burglary of a vehicle. His sentence was assessed at five years in the Texas Department of Corrections. Two grounds of error are urged on appeal: (1) that ownership of the vehicle was insufficiently established; and (2) that the trial court erred in denying appellant's motion to quash the indictment.
