GILLETTE, Presiding Judge.

Defendant appeals his convictions on six charges of rape in the third degree, ORS 163.355, one charge of sodomy in the third degree, ORS 163.385, and one charge of failure to appear in the first degree. ORS 162.205. He was acquitted of one charge of compelling prostitution. ORS 167.017. All of the charges were brought in separate indictments but were consolidated for trial.
