The state appeals the discharge of appellant for violation of the speedy trial rule. We reverse and remand.

September 29, 1983 Raymond Hutley arrested and charged with carrying a concealed firearm.

January 9, 1984 Hutley arraigned on an amended information changing the charge to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Hutley entered not guilty plea, requested jury trial, and requested a continuance...
