OPINION

SONENSHINE, J.

The City of Fullerton challenges a judgment of the superior court granting a writ of habeas corpus declaring two municipal antigaming ordinances unconstitutional and enjoining further prosecutions under the ordinances.1 Neither ordinance is constitutionally infirm and we reverse the judgment finding them void.
