Victor Lee Huddleston was charged in separate counts with Rape in the First Degree in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, § 1114, and two counts of Oral Sodomy in violation of 21 O.S. 1981, § 866, in Tulsa County District Court, Case No. CRF-82-460.
