This is an appeal from the Workers' Compensation Commission. Appellant, James L. Johnson, suffered a compensable injury to his back in October of 1980 while working for appellee, Research-Cottrell. One physician assessed his permanent partial disability at five percent (5%) to the body as a whole and another assessed it at ten percent (10%) to the body as a whole.
